On Wednesday September 6th, Representative Lyons and hundreds of Lyons' supporters welcomed Attorney General Jim Ryan to the 47th District at the Theatre of Western Springs.  Attorney General Ryan's speech highlighted the accomplishments of Rep. Lyons and why it so important to have people like her representing the citizens of Illinois.  "We may not all agree on every issue and you may not even agree with some of the issues that I spoke about tonight, but the most important thing in selecting someone to represent you in Springfield, is integrity, character and their core values.  No one exemplifies this more than Eileen Lyons.  The 47th District is fortunate to have a Representative like Eileen", said Attorney General Ryan.
